You will be a CCAB qualified accountant with the ability to lead the preparation of the Council’s annual revenue budget and its medium-term financial plan, and have extensive experience of budget monitoring for a range of complex services.You will also play a key role in the management of the closedown process and preparation of the annual accounts which includes liaising with the external auditors.
