We are looking for a new Rehabilitation Assistant to join our renowned Tri-Borough Falls Prevention Service within CLCH. The service sees residents of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham who are at risk of falls. The post holder will work alongside a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other Rehabilitation Assistants and will be supported by their Team Lead and Clinical Lead. The post holder will have a key role in helping to deliver strength and balance classes alongside therapists and will also work independently in clinic settings teaching exercises, checking memory, balance, fear of falling as well as measuring blood pressure.
