The Union Housing Scheme is a long term residential service provided by Calderdale Council for people who have mental health needs based in Halifax. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed colleague to join our friendly team. The aim of our services is to support our residents and people on recovery, so they are able to lead more independent lives in the community, safely and to the best of their abilities.You will work with individuals to assist in the assessment of their needs and in developing and implementing planned support. You will be expected to be imaginative and resourceful and will consider change positively.
