We are looking to appoint a Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX to join the Legal Services team in Burnley.As a lawyer within the Litigation and Regulation team you will manage a varied and interesting caseload of both criminal and civil and regulatory matters. This will include giving advice to the Council on licensing, planning, environmental health and housing. You will also represent the Council in the Magistrates’ Court and County Court and give advice to elected members in committee.
