A committed, caring and flexible Personal Assistant is required to support a 8 year old with a range of special needs, to manage his daily routine and support his development within the home in Bryncethin and surrounding area. This post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme and is intended to enable this family to manage their support independently. The gentleman has epilepsy, but seizures are very few and far between. He is a wheelchair user, but is weight-bearing to walk, although he will need assistance with transfers.You will be required to support the gentleman to maintain his general health and wellbeing, by supporting him to access the local area.
