An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Planning & Enforcement Admin Officer, working for Black Sluice IDB in Lincolnshire. The IDB is an independent statutory authority providing flood risk management and land drainage services within our catchment area. The Planning and Enforcement Officer will be the responsible lead for all planning and byelaw matters. The Enforcement Officer role is to use the Board’s permissive powers to meet the key purpose of ensuring compliance with the Board’s Byelaws, applying the Boards powers as conferred under the Land Drainage Act 1991 where appropriate and investigating and remedying complaints of poor drainage on ordinary watercourses.
