Your new company Our client is an SME with their head office based in the Centre of Reading and multiple sites across the South East of England. This well established business is now looking to undertake a period of automation and transformation. Your new role is a newly created position which will initially be focussed on the reorganisation of the finance and back office function. Managing a small team you will be responsible for the delivery of all financials with an opportunity to transform and innovate the processes and procedures to deliver efficiencies and improvements both internally and to external customers.
