We are seeking 2 highly motivated Dementia Support Worker/Drivers to work within a team to provide support to people with dementia in a day care setting and in the community.You will deliver a range of support including driving and escorting people on transport to and from day centre or activity locations, delivering activities, assisting with personal care needs including meals and refreshments, sitting/befriending service. You will meet the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects dignity of the individual and promotes independence, also offering support to carers.
