What skills and experience we're looking forScarcroft Primary School is seeking to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, primarily to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan, with a primary need in communication and interaction.The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with SEND and/or challenging behaviours and a minimum of Grade C/grade 4 in GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English. You will also hold a Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or above.
