Dorset HealthCare are currently seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join our vibrant and innovative Integrated Care Team in Purbeck, in the District and Community Nurse team in Wool and Bere Regis.You would work alongside our experienced Community Nurse Teams helping to provide care needs to a high-quality standard of care for patients in their own homes.This is a full time post of 37.5hpw, we can be flexible with shift patterns as long as the service needs are met between hours of 08:00-20:00 with some attractive weekend enhanced pay.We offer a structured induction programme, flexible working patterns and pastoral support.
