We are creating a new Pharmacy Meds Management Band 3 post in our Acute Medicine areas at Wexham Park Hospital. The post will focus on supporting admission, with an emphasis on transferring GP medication lists to our EPR systems. The post will also support the stock and ward services to the ED areas.We are looking for a committed and motivated person with excellent organisational skills to develop this role. This will include the supervision and training or dispensary assistants and acting as a role model for pharmacy assistants.You must possess good communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines in this busy and challenging environment.
