We are looking for an experienced Social Care Commissioner who has a thorough understanding of adult social care and commissioning to take forward key projects within the County.This post will lead on Care in the Home, with a particular focus on commissioning of Home Care and Market Sustainability, and will support the delivery of the Social Care Older People and Housing Strategies.
