We are looking for a Band 6 Urgent Care Co-ordinator to join our pro-active and dynamic team.We are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished Health Care Professional, who is well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and personal professional development. To support the Urgent Care Leadership team in maintaining efficient, effective, safe delivery of patient care. To work closely with and build relationships with the UTC GP, Emergency Paediatric Nursing Team, Emergency Care Practitioners, Triage and Streaming health care professionals.
