We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our dedicated Finance Team.Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Officer to administer all financial activities within the College. Key Duties:• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.• To manage monthly journal postings, including prepayments and accruals.• To complete bank reconciliations and postings.• To complete company credit card reconciliations.• To prepare reports for budget holders across the College, to assist them in managing their own budgets and understanding expenditure.• To complete year-end tasks to assist with the annual audit.• To use a variety of elec...
