A well established restaurant in Porthcawl is looking to recruit a part time chef to help assist our current team.You will primarily be expected to help cover our head chef and sous chef responsibilities. Duties will include the preparation and cooking of fresh produce to a high standard, maintaining a high level of hygiene as well as the understanding of food allergies and cross contamination.
