Plumber Multi Trade - North Devon £35,000 per annum + van and fuel card. This role will start off temp for 12 weeks through us as the agency then will go into a permanent role direct with the client, a well known maintenance contractor. Job role: The role is working on a responsive repairs contract for social housing, hospitals, schools etc in and around the North Devon area. Multiskilled Requirements:• Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience• Positive attitude• External repairs and maintenance• Polite and used to working with customers• Plumbing as core trade• Competent in all trades maintenance work, minor carpentry, painting, tiling etc.• Happy travelling to various jobs in work van• DBS check will be carried out before starting• Full UK driving license essential• 40...
