West Looe Nursery are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Educator to join our expanding team. Minimum level 2 early years qualification and 1 year experience working with children. This position is all year round but can be part-time or full-time to suit the candidates needs. You will be primarily based between our 2/3s and pre-school room.Our setting follows an In the Moment Planning pedagogic approach therefore maximising learning through play opportunities with children and minimising paperwork. We have recently taken part in new county training and are currently developing new practices around interaction, connection and reflection strategies to further enhance our team wellbeing.
