Groundworker required in Leamington Spa to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.The ClientOur client is an award winning main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.The RoleMain duties include; Installing fences, laying slabs, re-pointing brickwork, rebuilding brick walls. The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.
