The successful applicant will develop their skills in carrying out assessments, formulating plans and managing a diverse caseload of service users, while maintaining high standards of documentation. The service is looking to appoint somebody who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative and resourceful, and who has a passion for working with people and for developing good working relationships with carers. You would be expected to demonstrate good leadership qualities, and have a high level of clinical skill.
