Main duties of the job To provide managers with sound HR advice and guidance ensuring that it is consistent and comprehensive in line with organisational policies, HR standards, tools, templates and processes. Ensure that all informal routes where appropriate have been attempted and where possible resolutions identified. Provide full and thorough advice on all terms and conditions across the organisation.
