The Service & Team:We are offering an opportunity to join our Health Visiting teams as a Family Health Worker. We are integrated with our Early Help and Social Care colleagues and share an integrated electronic record which supports communication and co-ordination. Working in Cornwall has the added advantage also of having some beautiful rural areas and beaches which provide plenty of leisure opportunities to create a great work life balance.
