Birmingham Forward Steps is a citywide service delivered collaboratively by Birmingham Community Healthcare Trust working alongside Barnardo's and other voluntary organisations. The service operates across 10 districts and Barnardo's directly manages 4 of those districts. This commissioned service is designed for children and their parents/ carers from shortly before birth up to the age of five and provides accessible, community-based services for families with pre-school children through Family Hubs/Children's Centres, their own homes and a number of other community venues.We are looking to recruit 2 x full time Family Support Workers at our Doddington Green Children's Centre/Edgbaston Family Hub in Birmingham.
