Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing Mental Health assessment, risk assessment and formulation of the mental health and treatment needs for referred patients; acting as care-coordinator. Provide recommendations for maintaining maximal employment, applying an occupational health matrix. Initiating and participating in regular clinical supervision, case conferences/professionals' meetings where mental health clinical input is required.
