About this Role:Experienced Design Manager required for the main contractor on a refurbishment and new build on an existing prison as part of the MOJ framework . Initially based on site , you will be involved in the preconstruction phase of the project due to commence imminently on site. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, and working initially with the preconstruction and construction teams you will manage the scheme through preconstruction and out to commencement on site; Thereafter you will be based between the temporary site based office, on site to suit the needs of the project.
