As Director of Midwifery, you will be responsible for the professional, strategic, and clinical leadership of the midwifery workforce across the Trust. Reporting to the Chief Nurse, you will work as part of the senior leadership team, with internal accountability and autonomy to lead, drive and coordinate programmes on improved outcomes for women and their babies. We are looking to speak with collaborative midwifery leaders to join us on our journey.
