Consultant breast radiologists are expected to contribute fully to the work of the breast unit, including participation in MDT meetings, audit, research and teaching. We teach Wessex radiology trainees, Southampton University medical students and our clinical and paramedical colleagues. Full time applicants will be expected to contribute to the general work of the imaging department, both acute and elective. Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a specialist interest in breast imaging and will be expected to participate fully in the local breast screening programme and symptomatic breast service.
