We are currently seeking a responsible and polite individual to join our highways team as a Highway Gateman on a sub contractor basis. This role is to ensure the safety and smooth operation of roadworks and site access points.Main Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to roadwork zones for vehicles, workers, and visitors- Direct traffic and deliveries safely in and out of the site- Provide clear information to drivers, pedestrians, and local residents- Ensure safety procedures are followed and report any concerns to site supervisorThe role requires- Strong communication and observation skills- A calm, professional attitude- Punctual, reliable- A CSCS card and Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket are beneficial, but not essentialMust have full clean driving licence, 3 points accepted, -...
