The duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Provision of a timely and effective rehabilitation service to all appropriately referred serving personnel. Intelligent triage, early assessment, and appropriate management of patients referred to the RRU. Clinical decision-making on further investigation, intervention or referral of complex patients attending Multidisciplinary Injury Assessment Clinic (MIAC). Supervision, mentorship and training of Specialist Trainees in SEM and Senior Physiotherapists within the RRU. Acting as subject matter expert in support of injury prevention initiatives.
