An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to join the Buckingham and Winslow Health Visiting Team based at Buckingham Hospital, working with families and carers of children under five. This post is part-time, working 30 hours a week. The successful candidate will support the Health Visitors to deliver the Healthy Child Programme, gaining and developing skills within a diverse local community, public health and the children’s agenda.An induction programme will be provided for the successful candidate to support their transition into the community health visiting team.
