What skills and experience we're looking forThe successful candidate will:• Be an enthusiastic practitioner, keen to take on a mixed Year R/1 class (currently 19 pupils).• Have experience of planning for all subjects within the two key stages.• Have a passion for the environment.• Be up-to-date with approaches to teaching and keen to take on new challenges in the profession.• Have familiarity and ideally, experience of delivering synthetics phonics programmes (we use Little Wandle).• Maintain our warm and welcoming environment to enable all children to reach their full potential.
