What skills and experience we're looking forWe are looking for someone who:• Enjoys helping all children to learn through a range of activities, including those with barriers to their learning• communicates and works effectively as part of a team, in partnership with the teaching team and other support staff• can support children in their learning and pastorally, making learning exciting and helping children to reach their potential• works well under direction, but also shows initiative and can take ownership of tasks• has a good level of literacy and numeracy skills• has a willingness to undertake lunchtime supervision• is a committed Catholic or committed to supporting the Catholic life and mission of the school• demonstrates a range of behaviour management strategies and teaching skills...
