A regional house builder are looking for an experienced Estimator for their site in west Yorkshire. The role will include the assembly of new land opportunities with the creation of complete cost appraisals. You will be working with clear and detailed technical drawings for measurement take-off purposes. You will need to ensure that the completion of all budget cost appraisals is clear and assist in the assessment of viability prior to bid.
