The Bracknell Community Mental Health Team for Adults has an opportunity for a clinician passionate about supporting adults with mental illness and those individuals working with them. We are looking for an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team operating Monday – Friday during the hours 9:00am – 5:00pm.The Bracknell Community Mental Health Team is jointly managed and jointly funded by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Bracknell Forest Council.
