What skills and experience we're looking for• We are looking for someone who is able to run both outdoor activities and forest school, examples of qualifications we’re looking for – Paddle UK Paddlesport Leader +, RCI, ML, British Cycling or MIAS MTB Leader, NCC Guide, Forest School etc.• Teaching/youth work qualifications would be desirable and experience working with students of this nature.• A highly motivated and flexible individual who can form positive relationships with students with a wide range of special needs in order to make a positive difference.• Someone with a particular interest in teaching students with special educational needs, including those with behavioural, emotional and social issues.• Resilience and a sense of humour is a must.What the school offers its staffAt Del...
