More detail about the role The Bideford Community Rehabilitation team provides a service to the residents of a beautiful, rural, coastal region of Devon covering a large area of the North and West part of North Devon. There is easy access to stunning beaches and moorland making this an ideal location to enjoy work-life balance. We cover 4 GP practices and work closely with all members of the Health and Social Care team. We provide patient-centred care in patients homes, Nursing and Residential homes.
