As a Senior Personal Advisor in the Leaving Care Service, you will work with young people aged 18-25, manage a case load of young adults with more complex needs. Ensuring that they are fully supported to achieve and transition into adulthood in terms of advice, guidance and supporting them as well as mentor and supervise colleagues.You will hold an allocated caseload of more complex young adults with various needs and signpost and support colleagues with their young adults that are leaving care to access direct appropriate services according to departmental policies and procedures and statutory guidance.
