We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager/EA to the owner, to join our team at Barcaldine Castle in Benderloch from February 2025. This exciting opportunity to lead our well established business has arisen due to retirement.This is a responsible role and will require experience in hospitality and staff leadership. We are looking for someone who can steer the team from the front to deliver 4/5 star standards and excellent customer service.
