This will predominantly involve face to face nursing assessments and care within our patient’s usual place of residence and will participate in all of the services offered by the Urgent Community Response Team, including admission avoidance, end of life crisis, and supporting the introduction of Virtual Ward service. You will also participate on clinical triage as part of the NEAT referral pathway. This is a 7 day a week service, therefore some weekend and Bank Holiday working will be expected. Monthind Clean are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative in Oulton, Aylsham, NR11.The role is part time working 6 hours per week Tuesday's and Friday's 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Rate of pay is £11.44 per hour.You will be required to carry out cleaning tasks in line with the site specification. Duties to include cleaning communal areas.
