Main details of the role include but are not limited to: Transitional support for SP moving to civilian life following employment decision. Advice to Personnel Recovery Officers (PRO) as required and at monthly case reviews. Attend monthly case reviews with OHC to review caseload. Attend triage meetings to receive allocated SP onto caseload. Lead (or link, depending on ROHT laydown) for IPC in department. Undertake IPC audits.
