The 24/7 Community Mental Health Neighbourhood Centre in the West of the City of York is being developed as part of a longstanding ambition by the Mental Health partnership, in response to wider stakeholder events that identified that a person centred, transformative approach was needed to improve the outcomes of people with mental health needs in the city of York. We are looking for exceptional individuals to be involved in this exciting and dynamic process to further develop the Hubs in York.
