The posts are within Property Maintenance Section which covers the whole Argyll and Bute area and is split between the team members. Both posts will be based in Kilmory, although this is negotiable. Property Services are therefore seeking two highly motivated individuals who have a determination to succeed and deliver first class results with a strong customer focus. These roles require someone who has the ability to balance a diverse workload, prioritise tasks, plan and meet deadlines.
