Manchester Royal Infirmary is expanding our Department of Medicine for Older People workforce. Over the last 3 years the department has transformed our front door frailty, community, outpatient and surgical liaison provision which we hope to be able to continue expanding. Part of this includes new Specialty Doctor posts in Frailty. These posts are all 12 PA's and will include a 1 in 6 commitment to the Frailty SDEC rota. The team currently has 8 Consultants with a range of specialist interests including Frailty, Stroke, Parkinsons & Perioperative Liaison and is supported by ACP's, ANP's, Specialist Nurses and Physician Associates.
