Advert Working within Legal and Democratic Services you will be part of our Litigation and Advice team.You will undertake litigation, advocacy and advisory work in connection with all the Council’s functions or on behalf of any other body for which the Council provides legal advice.You must hold a current Practising Certificate, LLB, Diploma in Legal Practice be able to carry out a range of tasks within a broad litigation based remit and manage a demanding workload with minimum supervision.
