An exciting opportunity, due to retirement, has arisen for a Head of Radiotherapy Services/Lead Therapeutic Radiographer at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. You will be responsible for the leadership, management, and delivery of Radiotherapy Services which includes the planning and co-ordinating to ensure cost effective and high-quality health care services are delivered to serve approximately 1300 new referrals per annum. More detail about the role The Neuro rehab service is made up of a pathway of teams and services working across in-patient (Staples acute and rehab Stroke and Neuro ward), community (Early Supported Discharge) and outpatient settings to provide specialist, evidence-based Neuro rehab to patients following stroke or other neurological diagnosis. The current vacancy is based within the Neuro rehab out-patient service. The team see patients with a long-term neurological diagnosis such as MS, Parkinsons disease, stroke and FND as well as a range of other neurological conditions.
