An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to be appointed as a band 6 on our surgical care ward at Scarborough Hospital.We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills who is able to empower and inspire a team. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and dynamic Band 6 to complement our existing team.Our ward consists of 22 surgical beds, 3 HOB beds and a surgical assessment unit offering highly skilled ambulatory care. More detail about the role Our dedicated biologics infusion unit is now placed within our specialist premises within the Nightingale Rheumatology Department and will remain an integral aspect of our specialist nursing service. This day-case unit provides specialist biologics and osteoporosis treatments to our patients - Monday to Friday 08.00 17.30. The successful post holder would need to be a registered nurse with IV and cannulation training and have a special interest in Rheumatology nursing services.
