We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our TEC & Reablement Intervention (TRI) Team. The TRI team are responsible for providing a therapist led reablement service that supports people as part of the Adult Social Care department.In this role, you will complete assessments and work collaboratively with people who use our service as well as others in the multi-disciplinary team. Identifying meaningful goals and outcomes as well as equipment, therapy interventions and reablement visits to deliver a short term (usually up to 6 weeks) service.
