School Premises Officer Location: South London Job Type: Full-time, Shifts (7am - 4pm / 5pm) Salary: £15 - £18per hour We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Premises Officer to work in Lewisham, South London. Day-to-day of the role: Grounds and building security – includes keyholding and closing/locking up buildings Opening the buildings as and when required Ensure health and safety statutory and regulatory checks are scheduled and up to date – includes arranging remedial works Carrying out and recording daily, weekly and termly checks.
