As a Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team, providing legal advice with an emphasis on one or more of the following: Planning, including s.106 agreements and CIL, planning law and policy, reviewing and advising on planning conditions, planning enforcement, attending and advising at planning committee, ideally including knowledge of minerals and waste planning matters. Highways, including knowledge and interpretation of the Highways legislation and common law, drafting and negotiating s.38 and 278 agreements, private street works code, rights of way and the definitive map.
