It’s an exciting time for our Community Respiratory Service as we continue to build on our successful model. CRS services work with patients in their homes across the High Weald, Lewes and Havens communities to support and manage their COPD and respiratory conditions.Our multidisciplinary teams work flexibly to provide a 5-day service, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm. If you do not hold a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, an equivalent qualification, or the Care Certificate you will need to complete the Care Certificate within 3 months of commencement of the Band 3 post.
