This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join Slough CMHT to support the operational and strategic developments of the service as well lead on the formation of a small Task Team within Slough Care Pathways. The role of the Task Team will be to support those clients who are open to the Slough Community Mental Health Team but not allocated to a Care Coordinator. This would also include those under Psychology and outpatient appointment only. The Short Term Intervention Service will work closely with a range of statutory and non statutory. 1.
