The ward clerk is an integral part of the ward team here on Doyle . We are looking for someone who is proficient, organized, has good time keeping with excellent people and communication skills . They are required to provide a comprehensive service to patients and perform to a high standard the clerical duties.A key part of the role will be to work along side our MDT to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. These tasks include (but are not limited to):Communicating regularly with patient's relatives and loved ones to provide updates as a point of liaison , facilitating the attendance of patients onto the ward, updating the Hive system , answering and responding to phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
